Wayne Barlow
Managing Director
Wayne has a wealth of industry experience, having come from senior Tier 1 Main Contractor roles, including several years at Fletchers.
He has successfully delivered many large-scale projects such as Data Centres, Hospitals & Office complexes. Wayne understands the importance of seamless project co-ordination & the effective management of sub-trades - and the significance of these processes to ensuring Time, Cost, Quality and Compliance objectives are achieved.
Edward Kanon
Commercial Manager
With over 37 years' experience in the construction sector Edward has broad-based quantity surveying, project management and development experience. He's worked on significant commercial, hospitality and residential developments - managing all project stages through to completion. Edward brings a wealth of knowledge around cost management, estimating, as well as contract administration services.
Arnold Kanon
Construction Manager
Arnold knows construction. With over 36 years' experience, he has seen the construction of airports, shopping centers, large commercial complexes, as well as boutique hotels and apartment buildings. Arnold has a great understanding of sites, delivery of projects as well as materials.
With over 25 years of carpentry experience, Roche has worked on residential, commercial, and industrial projects, from custom homes to large-scale builds. Since 2022, he has expanded his expertise to include passive fire protection and fire-resistant construction.
Hayden brings extensive fire protection experience and technical knowledge to his role. He is our reliable problem-solver for addressing on-site challenges and excels at managing various teams and stakeholders. Hayden is a proven leader and an effective communicator. He ensures smooth project execution and consistently deliver results that meet client expectations.
With over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, 6 years of that specialising in the fire safety industry. Grant comes with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in estimating and customer relations. Grant works well catering to all clients needs and requirements as well as knowing practicality around construction.
