Our Site Team has done a great job wrapping up the AUT Student Accommodation for Icon on Wakefield Street - the mixed-use development in the CBD contains 697 student apartments across two 17 level towers.
As with most projects we had our fair share of curveballs, but the team at Icon are smooth operators and with a combined effort between the contractor and other subcontractors, we got the job over the line despite lockdown delays etc.
